W. Scott Harkey, attorney and managing member of Harkey Litigation, will be a featured speaker at the North Carolina Partnership to Address Adult Abuse (NCPAAA) Annual Conference
The virtual event brings together law enforcement, attorneys, certified paralegals, social workers, and substance abuse professionals. Additionally, the three-day program educates those who will help end the abuse, neglect, and exploitation of older adults.
Harkey’s presentation will offer insights on how to access and organize financial records during the investigation of elder exploitation cases. He will also offer practical tips and guidance on how to most effectively present voluminous records to a jury.
