Davie County Embezzlement

Harkey Litigation managing partner, W. Scott Harkey, was recently featured in a letter to the editor for his work on a Davie County embezzlement case. The owner of Uniform Express, Delmar McDaniel, submitted the letter to the Davie County Enterprise Record on May 31, 2021. McDaniel’s business, located in Mocksville, NC, was the victim of an embezzlement scheme executed by a former employee Jeramiah Snyder. Harkey worked as a special prosecutor on the business’s behalf to obtain a favorable outcome – the recovery of tens of thousands of dollars in restitution.

Scott Harkey steadfastly worked to see the matter was brought to a correct conclusion.
